Pre-Litigation Injury Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking a Pre-Litigation Injury Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record in negotiation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about representing the underdog and have experience handling claims against insurance companies. This role involves leading a team and requires excellent negotiation and leadership skills to manage and resolve client cases effectively.

Job Duties:

• Negotiate personal injury claims to secure favorable settlements for injured clients.
• Handle negotiations directly with insurance companies to maximize client compensation.
• Supervise and coordinate a team including a case manager, case administrator, and a medical lien negotiator.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Continuously update and maintain client files to ensure all communications and negotiations are documented.

Requirements:

• Passed the California Bar Exam.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• At least 2 years of experience in negotiation.
• Strong desire to advocate for and represent the interests of the underdog.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
