Duties:

  • Respond to USPTO actions and office actions with precision and efficiency
  • Work closely with clients to manage patent portfolios and advise on IP strategies
  • Stay updated on technological trends and developments within relevant sectors
  • Provide support in patent prosecution, including filing and preparing responses to office actions
  • Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding their patent matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience
  • Strong background in technologies like 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence, RF front-end, and processor systems
  • Registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s or higher preferred)

Certifications:

  • USPTO Registration (or eligibility for registration)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of patent laws and procedures, particularly in the technology sector
  • Experience in portfolio management and client communication
  • Strong technical aptitude, especially in AI, wireless technologies, and related fields
  • Ability to draft clear and precise patent applications
  • Familiarity with patent prosecution tools and software
