Duties

• Conduct research and draft legal documents related to intellectual property cases.

• Manage and oversee inter partes review proceedings.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Membership in the State Bar of the office location.

Education

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering.
