The candidate should have experience on both the buy-side and the sell-side, including on fund book sales as well as GP-led secondary transactions and anchor LP investments therein, as well as experience with closed-end fund formations. General corporate experience is helpful. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
