Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level employment litigation associate for its Woodland Hills, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on California wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.

Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
