Duties:

• Engage in early-stage case negotiations and mediation related to employment law disputes

• Oversee correspondence prepared by support staff and maintain proactive communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Operate in a leadership-style role, creating workflow structures, task delegation protocols, and performance indicators

• Prioritize strategic and high-impact tasks while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• 1 year of experience in employment law or a related litigation field

• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar
