Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be drafting complaints and motions, conducting legal research, propounding discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and court hearings.

The candidate must be assertive and self-starting with relevant litigation experience with a law firm, non-profit organization, or judge. Must have strong academic credentials. Served on law review or completed a judicial clerkship are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are also a must. Must be able to think creatively about ideas for new cases, network with peers, and generate potential leads for clients.

The firm has been around for over three and a half decades and is based in San Francisco, California. They focus on cases involving consumer and securities fraud, privacy and data breaches, antitrust violations and employment law.
