Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 6-9 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning and trust matters. The role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments on all aspects of estate and trust administration, with a focus on multi-generational wealth preservation. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive solutions and develop lasting relationships while collaborating with other practice areas.

Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related legal matters.

• Serve high-net-worth individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments.

• Develop and implement multi-generational wealth preservation strategies.

• Collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality service and communication.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in estate planning and trust matters, with a proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients.

• Experience in cross-border estate planning is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas to provide holistic legal solutions.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage complex client matters independently.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of estate planning, estate administration, and trust law.

• Strong experience working with high-net-worth clients and corporate entities.

• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive wealth preservation strategies.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and technical drafting abilities.
