A law firm is currently seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Trademark Associate Attorney (Clearance and Prosecution) in Menlo Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cutting-edge trademark issues for prestigious clients. Work on high-profile trademark matters for renowned clients. Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, focusing on clearance, prosecution, and investigations.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive U.S. and international trademark clearance searches.
  • Draft and file U.S. and international trademark applications.
  • Handle trademark prosecution matters before the USPTO and international trademark offices.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on trademark issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
  • Strong academic credentials, with a law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios.
  • Exceptional legal writing and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
