A law firm is seeking a talented Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team at State College. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys, and enjoy advancement opportunities within the firm. The position requires a J.D. with licensure in Pennsylvania and a minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide legal advice on real estate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and review relevant documents to identify potential legal issues.
  • Advise on planned community and condominium matters, leveraging experience in these areas.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored legal strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Handle all aspects of real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Provide guidance on zoning, land use, and environmental issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) with active licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Planned community and condominium experience is a plus.

 

Experience:

4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
