Duties:

  • Represent clients in estate litigation proceedings, probate administration, real estate transactions, and small business transactions and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis about cases and transactions.
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; additional admission to other state bars is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably in estate litigation, probate administration, real estate transactions, or small business transactions and litigation.
  • Strong litigation skills with experience in handling courtroom proceedings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; additional State Bar admissions are a plus.
