Duties:

• Lead and manage complex class action lawsuits from initiation through resolution

• Develop legal strategies and case theories tailored to class-wide harm

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with co-counsel, expert witnesses, and internal litigation teams

• Evaluate legal claims and determine the suitability for class certification

• Guide junior attorneys and legal staff in procedural and substantive matters

• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting throughout the litigation lifecycle

Requirements:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in class action litigation, including lead attorney roles

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-party legal proceedings

• Strong track record of legal writing and oral advocacy

• Familiarity with complex procedural issues and class certification standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
