A law firm specializing in commercial litigation is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in legal research, writing, and litigation support. The candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to commercial litigation cases.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant documents are prepared and filed on time.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in legal research and writing.
• Superior analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• New Mexico Bar admission is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
