  • 3-5 years of experience in public works construction advisory and litigation.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred.
  • Education
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Certifications
  • California Bar License.
  • Skills
  • Proficiency in public contracting requirements.
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and respond to routine contracting disputes.
