Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Construction Associate to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will focus on construction transactional matters, working with a team of esteemed real estate lawyers on complex projects.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate design and architect agreements.
  • Manage construction contracts and related documents.
  • Handle engineering and consulting agreements.
  • Oversee construction licenses and easements.
  • Coordinate development and project management agreements.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with real estate acquisitions, finance, and due diligence preferred.
  • Major law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • High level of academic achievement.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills

  • Interest in learning and developing expertise in real estate law.
  • Experience with data center leasing is a plus.
