The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in intellectual property law, particularly in handling complex litigation cases involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage all intellectual property litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE degree) is required.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in California and in good standing.
  • 12-16 years of experience practicing law, focusing on intellectual property litigation.
  • Strong background and understanding of mechanical engineering principles and technologies.
  • A proven track record of successfully handling complex IP litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
