Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A leading law firm in New York, NY is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 0–2 years of experience to join its business and commercial litigation team. This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Location:

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development

• Manage e-discovery, document review, and fact development

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues with attention to detail

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on trial preparation

• Assist in arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of litigation experience

• Eligibility for admission or active bar membership in New York (required)

• Judicial clerkship experience preferred

• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage demanding caseloads

• Commitment to excellence in client service and legal analysis

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Exceptional academic performance required

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (or pending admission)
