Third-Party Liability/Extra-Contractual Attorney

A law firm based in Tampa, FL, seeks a Third-Party Liability/Extra-Contractual Attorney with 2-5 years of significant experience in third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and knowledge of bodily injury liability claims and related insurance issues. While the position does not entail intensive litigation, prior litigation experience in state and federal court is advantageous. Duties:

• Handle third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims.

Requirements:
