A law firm is seeking a skilled business and estate planning attorney to join its team in Indian Wells, CA. This position offers an opportunity to work on complex transactions, provide legal support to nationally recognized entities, and frequently interact with high-net-worth individuals.

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Assist in the formation of business entities.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and tax matters.
  • Develop and implement business succession plans.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Create comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Manage probate and trust administration matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transactional, business, tax, and estate planning.
  • Knowledge of business entity formation, corporate governance, tax, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, probate, and trust administration.
  • LLM in tax and modest book of business preferred.
  • Admission to the California Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • LLM in Taxation preferred.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
