Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Boca Raton, FL office. The candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar and possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. They should have the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Manage caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail.

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.

Experience:

Preferably 1-3 years of insurance defense experience.
