Duties

• Represent debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases.
• Engage in out-of-court restructuring negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients on complex financial issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft relevant documents.

Requirements

• 3rd to 6th year associate experience.
• Experience in Chapter 11 cases and restructurings.
• Background in corporate finance preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
