A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Attorney in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial restructuring and insolvency-related transactions and litigation, including chapter 11 bankruptcies and representation of secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales.

Duties

• Handle financial restructuring and insolvency-related transactions.
• Manage litigation matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcies.
• Represent secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in bankruptcy and creditor's rights.
• Admission to the New York bar.
• Admission to the NJ and/or PA bar strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
