Pre-litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Pre-litigation Associate Attorney capable of handling all aspects of pre-litigation cases. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. The role involves conducting intake meetings, maintaining positive client relations, performing research/investigations, and negotiating settlements.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation cases.
• Conduct intake meetings with clients.
• Maintain positive client relations.
• Perform research and investigations.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must provide stellar customer service.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• An active member of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the State Bar of Nevada.
