Employment Law Attorney

A law firm in Burbank, CA, is seeking an Employment Law Attorney with 2-5 years of employment litigation experience. The candidate will manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases, reporting directly to an assigned Partner and supported by a team of paralegals. Collaboration with Pre-Litigation staff is essential to maintain a high standard of client service. The candidate should be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Duties:

• Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases
• Report directly to an assigned Partner
• Collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to ensure high client service standards
• Provide guidance to non-attorneys as necessary
• Foster a positive workplace environment
• Maintain excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of employment litigation experience
• In good standing with the California State Bar

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar
