Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior-level Global Franchise and Supply Network Attorney to join their team. Duties:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Providing legal counsel and dispute resolution for domestic and international matters.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal roles focusing on franchise and supply chain law.
• Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating complex agreements.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• High level of academic achievement in law.
• Previous experience in a law firm environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (Arizona State Bar membership preferred).
