A law firm in Singapore is actively seeking a Litigation International Arbitration Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will bring 6 years of international arbitration experience, with a focus on investment treaties and commercial arbitrations. Expertise in ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC, and ICC proceedings is a valuable asset. The role demands strong academic credentials, exceptional drafting and analytical skills, and eligibility or admission to the Bar.

Duties:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on international arbitration and litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
• Manage case files and deadlines effectively.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

 
Requirements:
• Preferred to have experience in ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC, and ICC proceedings.
• Showcase excellent academic credentials with a strong focus on international arbitration.
• Demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and writing skills.
• Must be admitted to the State Bar or immediately eligible for admission on waiver.
• 6 years of international arbitration experience, including investment treaties and commercial arbitrations.
