PIP Associate Attorney

A law firm in Deerfield Beach is seeking a dedicated PIP Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis. The role involves preparing and arguing motions, attending court hearings, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies. The PIP Associate Attorney will also maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with firm policies.

Job Details:

• Handle a wide variety of PIP cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and interact with clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Previous experience in PIP work or insurance defense areas is preferred.
