Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate litigation matters.
  • Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and deposition preparation.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
  • Manage case files, including organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and updating clients.
  • Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:
