Duties:

• Represent clients in securities enforcement proceedings.
• Provide defense in white-collar criminal investigations.
• Conduct internal investigations for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
