Duties:

  • Collaborate with the team on inter partes reviews (IPRs).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in blockchain, distributed ledgers, video codecs, cloud platforms and computing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house.
  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
  • Experience with portfolio management.
  • Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus.
  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Robotics.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus.
