Job Overview:

  • Work closely with partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues.
  • Handle Patent and Trademark Litigation cases.
  • Conduct dispute resolution related to patents and trademarks.
  • Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm setting.
  • Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
  • Strong litigation skills.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or significant experience litigating patents in these technology areas.
  • Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Patent Bar (preferably).
  • Membership in the Florida Bar.
