Duties

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies.
• Work with technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
• Handle patent matters involving radio frequency circuitry and hardware security.
• Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

• USPTO registration required.
