A law firm is currently seeking a highly qualified Senior-level Global Franchise and Supply Network Attorney to join their team in San Francisco, CA.

Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise and Supply Network Attorney will be crucial in providing legal counsel and expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering guidance on regulatory matters, as well as contributing to dispute resolution efforts. International licensing or franchising experience is considered a valuable asset for this role.

Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements about global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on regulatory matters affecting the firm's domestic and international operations.
• Contribute to dispute resolution efforts and provide strategic guidance in handling legal conflicts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting franchise and supply network arrangements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Demonstrated expertise in counseling and dispute resolution within the legal domain.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is highly desirable.
• High level of academic achievement with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Previous law firm experience is a prerequisite for consideration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of California.
