Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise and Supply Network Attorney will be crucial in providing legal counsel and expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering guidance on regulatory matters, as well as contributing to dispute resolution efforts. International licensing or franchising experience is considered a valuable asset for this role.

Duties:

Requirements:

  • Experience in international licensing or franchising is highly desirable.
  • High level of academic achievement with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Previous law firm experience is a prerequisite for consideration.
