Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle insurance litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to insurance litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and trial preparation
• Maintain organized case files and documentation
• Stay updated on changes in state and federal laws and court rules relevant to insurance litigation

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 1-3 years of insurance litigation experience
• Current Florida Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
• Fluency in Spanish
