Mid-level IP Litigation Associate

A respected national law firm is currently seeking a skilled and driven mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Handle complex intellectual property litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Participate in all phases of litigation including discovery and trial preparation

• Collaborate with colleagues across offices on national-level IP cases

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience

• Experience in Federal Circuit litigation preferred

• Proven ability to quickly comprehend and address complex subject matter

• Strong team orientation and interest in contributing to a growing national IP practice

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Undergraduate degree required

• Graduate degree (if applicable) should be submitted with application materials

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing membership with the state bar where the candidate intends to practice

• Excellent research and legal writing capabilities
