Duties

  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on complex environmental and mass tort cases

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and pleadings

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court proceedings

  • Manage a dynamic caseload, ensuring timely filings and procedural compliance

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and monitor regulatory developments

  • Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop and implement case strategies

  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in environmental or mass tort law

  • Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing

  • Experience with medical device or product liability litigation (plaintiff-side preferred)

  • Judicial clerkship experience is highly desirable

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and valid license to practice law in the State of Texas
