Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar or eligible for admission
• 0-5 years of experience in trusts and estates litigation
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles and fiduciary law
• Familiarity with marital property laws and guardianship proceedings

Education:
