Attorney needed for Stuart office

Job Overview: A law firm in Stuart, FL, specializing in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law is seeking an Attorney to join their practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in legal matters, demonstrating expertise in various areas of law practice.

Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with sound legal advice and strategies.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients.
• Attend mediation and arbitration sessions.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on case developments and address their concerns.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in Family Law, Criminal Law, or Personal Injury Law.
• Strong litigation skills with experience in representing clients in court proceedings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Education:
