Location:

Duties:

  • Independently manage a docket of family law cases

  • Represent clients in court and conduct hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions

  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, agreements, and legal memoranda

  • Advise clients on all aspects of Texas family law, including divorce, custody, support, and property division

  • Participate in business development and client relationship management

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to firm initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of family law experience in Texas

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently

  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience

  • Skilled in negotiation and mediation

  • Knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (in good standing)
