Duties

  • Handle and litigate a caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
  • Conduct client consultations and offer legal guidance.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law practice and litigation.
  • Strong understanding of family law principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
