Job Overview:
A respected law firm is seeking a Corporate and Estate Planning Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its growing legal team in Omaha, Nebraska. This position offers a balanced role that combines corporate, commercial real estate, and estate planning legal work. The ideal candidate will bring a client-centered approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex matters with minimal supervision.

Location:

  • Omaha, NE

Duties:

  • Advise clients on legal matters related to corporate law, commercial real estate, and estate planning

  • Assist clients with entity formation, contracts, governance, mergers, and acquisitions

  • Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, leases, and loans

  • Perform due diligence including title review, environmental assessments, and zoning analysis

  • Support trust and estate administration including probate and fiduciary representation

  • Partner with clients and their financial advisors to deliver tailored legal solutions

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to business development

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate law, commercial real estate, and estate planning

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex legal tasks

  • Strong commitment to client service and responsiveness

  • Willingness to collaborate across teams and practice areas

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Nebraska, or eligibility to become licensed

Skills:
