Duties:

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals across practice groups

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on real estate strategy and regulatory compliance

• Handle closings and coordinate with brokers, lenders, and local authorities

• Maintain current knowledge of real estate laws and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

• Strong client service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nebraska State Bar, or eligibility to waive in
