Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters within core practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
  • Work closely with other partners and legal teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, helping them grow professionally within the firm.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives, including community outreach, marketing, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a law firm environment with a proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
  • Expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.

  • Strong business development capabilities.

  • Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across practice areas.
