• Develop and execute litigation strategies, including detailed discovery planning

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft motions, with emphasis on discovery-related and class certification issues

• Maintain regular client communication and provide strategic legal advice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, specifically in wage and hour law

• Demonstrated success managing class action lawsuits

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
