The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, administrative law, and business transactions, with strong research and writing skills. The Associate Attorney will play a key role in handling all aspects of business transactions, litigation, administrative proceedings, and general legal support. Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of business transactions, including drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of Kansas.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Experience in litigation, business transactional, and/or administrative law preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Kansas.
