Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, managing document production and discovery, and engaging with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
 
Duties:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and pleadings
• Manage document production and discovery process
• Engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
• Collaborate effectively in team settings
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
• Maintain organized case files and exercise extreme attention to detail
 
Requirements:
• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the CA State Bar or eligibility for admission
• 13 years of experience handling complex litigation matters
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
