Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney.

Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice. The position requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.

Duties:

• Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and legal options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
