Personal Injury Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks personal injury associate attorney with 5+ years of experience litigating civil cases in New York State and Federal courts and have successful verdicts. The candidate will be expected to aggressively utilize the litigation process to either resolve cases for top dollar or take them to trial. Will be handling of a caseload from inception to trial or settlement. Preparing witnesses, fact gathering. Should have deposition experience and strong writing skills. Trial experience is strongly preferred. Exposure to litigating Labor Law 240 and 241(6) cases is greatly preferred. Must be admitted to practice in NY and NJ.
