Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join their team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on structured finance, securitization, and CLOs. Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products in the field of structured finance.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Experience in a big law firm setting is preferred.
  • Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in MA.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents.
