Job Overview: A law firm in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in sponsor-backed leveraged finance and representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in various finance transactions. They will be responsible for running fundamental aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing and will be a key members of deal teams.

Duties:

  • Participate as a key member of deal teams, taking responsibility for running fundamental aspects of transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence activities thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
  • Strong understanding of sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
  • Experience representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents in various finance transactions.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:
